Hi everyone! I have a few things I'd be interested in getting some feedback on.
The first one is having a crush on a celebrity or just on someone you
don't actually know. I have a crush on this Physics Professor guy who is English who is unbelievably gorgeous (well to me anyway). I thought my desire to have
sex had gone away, as I have begun change of life. Pardon me for being so
personal but there''s nothing untoward about this. It's a natural part of life and I still look quite good, am a size 14 and I get wet when I think about this guy and am considering getting back out there and finding something real.
The other thing I wanted to make mention of is Exhibitionism.
I would love to expose myself to someone and masturbate without having to actually engage in other sexual activities except perhaps have the watcher perform oral sex on me but I don't know how to go about it.
I don't want to endanger myself. I'm sure though that there are men and/or women who would enjoy this. Should I look at the personals pages or what?
Also, and this one is for the girls, I read that menopause is a time when the use of yogic breathing will cause one's Kundalini to reawaken and masturbation is a good way to reawaken it as well.
I have noticed in the past few weeks that I feel much better now that I am masturbating regularly.
Have a great day everyone. Looking forward to any ideas or comment any of you may have.:rose:

I can only offer insight in the first and third question. I think. Although, I could be way off the bat, so if I am, I apologise. :)

Having academic crushes are so everyday that it's not even funny. I'm not sure what you wanted to know, but I can tell you that I have minor academic crushes all the time. It's an attraction to the mind - or for me, a particular idea - and nothing more. I also know that I get 'crushed' on academically. Nothing ever happens, but it encourages me to work a bit harder to impress a particular advisor/professor/academic. So, in sum, if you're asking if they are normal, take it from someone who works and breathes academia, it is. Very very normal.

Kundalini is actually a dormant force that is believed to be coiled at the base of the spine. Granted, I'm not someone who's profoundly well versed in yogic schools of thought, but what I do know through yoga and properly breathing and meditation to tap into the potential and release it. It doesn't necessarily have to do with menopause but rather on the discipline that individual is able to achieve. It's never one thing; it tends to be a more holistic approach which sexuality may or may not be a part of (even Tantra is not all about sex - the sexual practice is just a branch).

If you want to learn more, this site explains it in considerable detail and this site is a database of teachers and also provides some details
