That’s the “autogynephilia” theory -

Autogynephilia is a debunked blanket theory for what motivates cross dressing and mtf transgenderism - defined as a male's sexual arousal at the thought of himself as a female.

I have long desired th be wearing femme clothes just like the ones I desire on the women I find attractive, but I have never desired men.
