Megyn Kelly Schools big Dummy On Trump Lawfare

Great clip. She demolished to poor sap.
That's what happens when you use the MSM as your primary source of information. Our own Yard Dog Barking has the same problem if he doesn't hear it on CNN it doesn't exist.

Just curious…who was this “big dummy” that was moderating this? All I can find is that this was for Megunt’s show. I don’t see her bringing someone in that can hold their own with all of the lies she shit out of her mouth. I can’t seem to find the guy’s name anywhere, so I’d be curious to know who this guy is and how much she paid him to let her stream roll him.

Let's just talk about this whole idea of "Lawfare" for a minute.

One of the hallmarks of a free and democratic society is personal responsibility, checks and balances, and, most importantly the rule of law, coupled with the idea that no man is above it.

In other words, everyone is accountable to the laws and Constitution of the United States, and there is equal justice under the law.

Clearly, some people think the former president should be above the law, and that the law should not apply to him. And that he should not be in any way held accountable for his actions, even when they clearly violate the law.

But this is not how the law works in a free, lawful and democratic society. This is how the law works in a monarcy, or a dictatorship. The United States is neither of these, and the framers of the Constitution took great pains to ensure that it would never be that.
Holding Donald Trump accountable for his crimes is not "Lawfare" any more than holding a poor, inner city ghetto drug dealer accountable for their crimes. Both broke the law- both should suffer consequences. After all, did we not wish to see the Clintons held accountable for their crimes? Or Hunter Biden? Why should Trump be any different, simply because he is Donald Trump?

The idea that the charges against Mr. Trump are in any way politically motivated is a myth that needs to be dropped immediately. Let's have a reality check here! This is merely holding a law breaker accountable under the Constitution and the rule of law- and it is an example of our democratic system working the way it is supposed to.

PN? I respect this post. You and I are in agreement 100% on the sentiments expressed but I’m still compelled to disagree with the practicality of what you’re saying because, unfortunately, lawfare does exist! Just not in the way republicans describe it.

Hack judges who lied to the Senate and the American public ignored Jack Smith’s initial urging to quickly give a ruling on trump’s scope of immunity. Instead, they let an appeals court consisting of 3 bipartisan judges give a ruling which eventually gave a firm slap down to trump and his lawyers. SCOTUS, ignoring the appeals court, then surprisingly decided to intervene and effectively delay the trial process further.

When SCOTUS finally gave a ruling on July 1st (Mind you that this trial was slated to start in early March!), it did say that presidents were entitled to immunities that you and I would argue are vague and sweeping and seemingly come to the appalling conclusion to be applied to one certain individual. One of the hack justices then included an additional opinion which questioned the very appointment of a special counsel which then allowed Judge Cannon to dismiss the case.

Lawfare does exist! Just not in the way republicans describe it.

Or you could look through the dictionary a bit more and discover that Persecution isn't Prosecution.

It's not difficult to school the lefties and democrats. The trick is to get them talking about actual issues and facts, which requires getting them off their TDS train, name calling, racism, misogyny, etc.

What is your favorite issue, policy, or fact that trump talks about?

Windmills causing cancer?
Immigrants eating the pets?
Abortion in the 10th month?

Don't write a check the yer ass can't...

I was talking about actual issues and facts. Kinked-A-Bit Toy must not have read my post (or Bn2f's) very thoroughly. Because I know his reading comprehension has to be better than that.

Also, if I wasn't clear - I hate the term lawfare but realize that every day brings some new word for the Deplorable to get angry and whine about.
