Anyone know where to find a free one online/

Are you looking for a particular article or Issue or what?

If there is a college nearby you can use a computer on their campus to search through databases of all kinds of academic journals.

I did a research paper last year where about half my sources were articles from The Lancet a british medical journal.

Depending what sort of article you are looking for ...
If you are looking for a full article its best to go to your college library they have all access to full articles.
If you are looking for abstract then you might find some free online.
But you will get more information @ the college library...
