It was the last appointment of a busy day. Dr Howden was a private Harley Street Consultant, specialising in corporate medicals for senior executives. "So the examination takes 60-90 minutes, would you like a nurse present? If so we'll have to rearrange as everyone has gone home now, otherwise we can get on with it. We'll start off with some questions about your health and sexual habits and move on to a physical examination. If thats ok with you, we'll begin. First thing I need you to do is undress behind the curtain and put the gown on."

Smiling softly at the doctor as she takes a seat as directed

"Yes Dr. Howden you may call me Jayne and no we do not need a nurse you are a doctor so I will presume you to be professional"

Getting up and walking behind the curtain as the sound of her skirt unzipping can be heard followed by the sound of it hitting the floor

"Everything Dr. Howden?"
