Well I don't want to be a spoil sport or nothing, but perhaps you shouldn't have gone cold turkey with the soda....beer is another thing in it's own. As for the soda....I am not sure if you drank alot of it, but if you do drink it often enough (I believe anywhere from 3-5 cans a day, then suddenly not drinking it anymore could be bad for you. But that is due to abrupt change in caffeine that is no longer being introduced into your system...the most common side effect is headaches.

Otherwise, best of luck to you. (though truth be told, as much as it sounds like a line, you're quite fine as you are.)

I dont know exactly. I dont drink too much soda either, just 2 cans a day on average! I have done that before. I am quitting sugar and everything that has sugar! No sugar, just cardio!

Well nothing wrong with that....as I said, I wasn't sure how much Kim drank before and I know if you go cold turkey, it could do more harm then good.

Trying to ween myself off of soda as well....use it every now and again for a boost (since I don't drink coffee) but that's it.

I dropped soda a long time ago after seeing what it does to drainpipes that run the tunnels under Disney World (my father in law used to work for DW many years ago).

Beer, well so long as I don't consume it too often, it stays off the waste! Scotch on the other hand is a different matter! Love a good single malt.
