You may be bitter, but I am offended. I find it vastly interesting that you would be angry or bitter because someone did not immediately snap up your rather explicit instructions for a story.
I explained to you that I did not think I could write the story, 1, because I have no experience in lesbian sex and 2, because I did not feel qualified to do so because I do not know anyone in the age bracket you are interested in well enough to get a feel for how they think. I had considered it because the basic plot and theme was interesting and would make a very good character sketch, however, I simply do not know enough about what is going on to write it.
The more of your posts I read the more I'm getting the niggling feeling that you aren't interested in someone writing a good story, but that you are interested in someone writing a story as you direct for the express purpose of your titillation only. I am getting a rather ugly sensation that you have no concern for the author or the author's rights or input concerning this idea at all.
I don't know about anyone else, but when I write, the story has a life of its own, it does things, sometimes, that I didn't plan on. Characters do and behave in ways that I don't like, or would rather they didn't, but they have to because it is natural for them to do so.
I have no intention of writing a story from someone's idea then getting lambasted by that person becuase it did not go as they had planned. I suggested you author it yourself, and I still have the same opinion. When you want something with such rigorous requirements you are better off doing it yourself so it is done to your satisfaction.
For a non-writer I believe that you do particularly well.
With your command of the written word I am quite surprised that you have not written more fiction and had yourself elected as a contender for the BOOKER PRIZE.Oh, sorry no, on second thoughts one has to be British or a citizen of the Commonwealth to qualify. However, not to be too downhearted. There is always the Nobel prize for Literature which naturally has a greater standing than the Booker
As for myself, I admit that I like to achieve a little titillation when it comes to erotic stories however, I do write.
My applications to Literotica have not yet been published but if you avail yourself of a little time to peruse Directory 6 of the Kristen Archives you will find some of my work there.
Oh, how so very superciliously condescending we are!
Thank you for the laugh, I did come across as rather a snotty bitch didn't I? If you can't laugh at yourself who can you laugh at, has always been my philosophy. However, my behavior, bad as it is, doesn't change the fact that I find you rather offensive.
I have no interest in literary prizes, though thank you for believing me good enough to receive one. These things are handed out by a community of judges, and my feelings on these judges are the same as the Veteran's Affairs feelings on PHds. They are simply a group of people who write things that serve no real purpose merely to impress each other. Nor am I very interested in things British. I already speak English, learning your dialect of it poses no challenge. I prefer Asian languages, the fascile subtlety of expression is endlessly fascinating. I am not an Anglophile.
I am also rather amused at your reference to me as a non-writer. Such rot, as you Brits like to say. How did I manage to communicate with you if I am a non-writer? You may not like my style of writing, but that is neither here nor there, you don't pay for it, do you? You will be shocked to know that your opinion of my writing matters not one whit. You are neither an editor nor a publisher, ergo, your layman's opinion is worth the exact same amount in shillings that my layman's opinion is worth.
You may want consider including a URL to this Kristen Archives site.
Oh dear me, this pot shotting has gone on long enough. In no way was it my intention to be either supercilious or sarcastic. It was intended as a tongue in cheek reference to the fact that you CAN write! It was an accolade in that you were putting yourself down in stating that you could not write. HOWEVER, I apologise.
I note that you are Anglophobic. Well, its not a crime, millions of people are but it ought to be remembered that they speak English because the British brought education and culture to millions and opened up vast countries including your own.
As I said, everyone should have freedom of choice and if yours is to dislike the British then so be it. I happen to like Americans in general having lived in your country for several years but naturally there are some individuals I most certainly would not welcome into my home. having said that, there are some British people I would not welcome either.
Unfortunately this between us got out of hand, my sense of humour obviously not recognised as such. So, I will close this war of words.
Please do not put words into my mouth. I am NOT saying that I will have the LAST WORD, just that I have very little more to say or add except Goodbye and thankyou for the repartee. Usually the exchanges on here are without any purpose and are too shallow but you have been a challenge.
