Is it just when it starts to feel good, and when you have 'matured' enough to be able to make it happen that it is acceptable? When I was 14 I masturbated regularly, about 3-4 times a day. Was this wrong?

I'm not Welsh myself so I don't know if that makes a difference. But I certainly remember erections at the age of 7 and masturbation to a dry climax at 11 years old.
