It begins with me waking up and realizing I'm already halfway through it. Not only do I not need to prepare, or have any provisions, I really don't even need to be fully conscious for it to start! The rest of the day is just getting ready to do it again.

For me, it's not so much about what I need for the perfect wank, but how long before I can get home in order to take care of business.
