The insurance assessments and decisions are going to take a while, and with all the Californian bureaucracy and permitting and bullshit, it's going to take forever to rebuild.

No real reason to delay removal of illegal aliens. Plenty of American citizens who would be better of working than collecting welfare payments. Whatever, it's a real mess and it's going to need someone a lot more competent than a Democrat to cut thru all the red tape and get reconstruction rolling quickly.
