Whether it is Savannah or Charleston is not important, the only place to be on Patrick's Day is Dublin. This certainly was not always the case, but things have changed a lot in the last 10 years. It is now a festival lasting 4 or 5 days.

While I will continue my travels across the water. This is where I'll be to toast Paddy.
