Mouse: May be really obvious, but have you checked that your PM inbox is showing messages from 'The Beginning'? You can set how long ago you want to show PMs from, so you might have it set to 'the last three months' which is why you can't see 70-odd messages.

Do you have any custom folders created for your messages, in addition to Inbox and Sent Items?

Dearest manu and/or Laurel: There is the annoyin lil mouse that keeps whinin about how she can"t work her PM's and stuff. I don't mean to complain but could you please send her an instruction booklet wriiten for children ages 6 months to 2 years old ............... After clearing out all folders, for ALL nicks... it's still reading as 88 messages in there.

You're PM listing only shows the PMs fromt he last 10 days by defualt; you need to select "from the beginning" in the Show Messages From: pulldown menu.

The count for "your total PMs in all folders" includes sent PMs and yourinbox and any custom folders you've created. You need to go to ech of tose folders and select from the beginning to completely empty your PM box.

For those PMs you just absolutely have to save, create a folder in your My Documents to hold them and then click File/Save As and choose "HTML Only" as the file type. That will give you a copy of the PM on your local hard-drive so you can delete the PM from Lit's servers.

Can you fix my PMs? Manu hasn't answered my message to him.

I'm missing PMs because my box keeps showing full when there's not even ten messages in there... I've even cleared all messages from my other nicks incase this was the problem. (and yes, sent box has been cleared also)
