Damn it is musty in here! Sorry for the little mini hiatus. Had a bunch of things going on and... well.. sorry.

So how is everyone today? Feeling good? I am feeling...good, I think. Everything is settling in and things are nice and stable. And make to snarky form. God, I love snark. Perhaps it is because it keeps some people away, in their own space and out of mine.

Perhaps that is why I hate overly mushy, internet spectacle shit. Ugh! Am I the only one that just gets annoyed to see two people conduct their entire relationship online and for the benefit of others to sigh and gawk over? I mean really?

"I love you snookums"
"No no, I love yoooouuu, pookie bear!"
"well I love you more, sweetums"
"Impossible! I love you more than life itself, chipmunk cheeks!"

*hjirk* Maybe I am just a curmudgeon...in fact I am pretty sure I am.. but I just end up skimming over that crap. Or maybe that it is more of a case that I am by nature a fairly private person. As those that know me beyond the threads of Lit and other forums can attest to, I tend to get quiet about things that I feel are important. I play it close to the vest, so to speak. This might be because of my Southern upbringing. There is a thought in the South that one shouldn't boast too loudly of good things, lest you jinx it or make someone else feel bad. And for some reason I have really internalized that message.

So... enough about me and my kvetching. It's your turn to complain... or possibly endorse... how do you feel about overly sappy relationships that are put out for all the world to see and fawn over?

Blu

Hey Blu, I do think you are too young to be a curmudgeon. I think the minimum age for that is 55. You can be a sourpuss though, no age requirements on that one I don't think.:D

But but but... I want to be a curmudgeon! Sourpuss just sounds so damn wimpy! [laughs]

Hmm... do you think I could ask for early admittance to the Curmudgeon Club?

And how are you doing these days, Crazy Girl?

Those relationships need more cowbell.

Bahahaha... they need somethin'!

how are you today, Mr. Sicko?

They may just make an exception for you...lol
I am great thanks and I know how you are doing.:D
I love when you rant.

I do tend to rant a bit, don't I? Hmm... I would say that I will work on changing that but truth be told, I don't think I could honor it. Too many things annoy the crap out of me.

Don't change a thing. This is why I love your thread, it is you and it is honest. :)

Pur'good, thank ye fer askin' Missy Blu

HA! Missy Blu... love it!

If by that you mean rambling posts and snarky humor.... um, yeah I can see that. [laughs]

Although I notice no one is giving their opinion of mushy, internet fodder relationships. So should I assume it is just me?

Oh my God! Those were my favorite characters!! hee hee hee
I remember as a kid being anxious to get old so I could say shit like that. Maybe I jumped the gun a bit though.

What's a happenin', hot stuff?

Well, I should be workin' a little harder but find myself distracted. A little grumpy myself from getting up with a hangover to find so much snow that even the snow blower got stuck.

Good to see you back.

Sorry lady, I don't really care one way or the other.

Aww.. no fun! [laughs]

And I am sitting here enjoying the 70° weather. Ahhhhhh... should I feel badly for you?

God, you are the second person to tell me how hot there weather is...shaking my head. Why oh why did my parents settle in the cold north?

oh ya, cough cough..those 2 months are totally adequate for all my sun bathing needs...lol
June doesn't even count because it is still 60 degrees here mostly.
And I heard that Edensgarden, another lucky one.

Well all that sunbathing is how to get that wonderful Canadian skin tone. On the bright side, we don't have to worry so much about skin cancer. Yup, got that going for us.

Hi Blu! Hi Everyone!! *mutters 80 degrees and sunny under my breath* :)
