I take regular Orville Reddenbacher popcorn and put it in my "Presto Power Pop Microwave Multi-popper" and it comes out great. Melt a little (ok, a lot) of butter and pour it on and I have my favorite snack. Unless there's pie. Because we all know pie is the best ever...right Miss Blu?

At home it varies...the Mister and I go through healthy and unhealthy phases. An healthy snack would be me baking something or candy; healthy would be fruit and veggies or yogurt.

1 oz gin
2 oz raspberry vodka
4 oz cranberry juice
4 oz orange juice

Add ingredients into a highball glass, stir and enjoy

Drink sounds wonderful. Can't wait for January to be over with lol Between my anniversary and my birthday, it's crazy around here and that doesn't include work. How are you doing?

Holy crap! I grew up on that stuff. Classic Texas snack. Mom used to make it for football games. I can't remember the last time I had it though. :(

Cherry Pie

0.85 L Cherry Rum
1 1/2 cups of Everclear® alcohol
1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon cherry juice
4 cups sugar
3 sticks cinnamon

In large pot mix together juices, sugar & cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, let boil about 5 min. Cool completely, add rum & everclear. makes about 3 gallons.

That should be enough for the whole gang, doncha think? [laughs]

Sorry. I got home from a job and was starving. So of course I go for crackers with cream cheese and pepper jelly. Junk food! I don't indulge very often, but my favorite? Three bags pretzel twists, one bottle Orville Redenbacher butter-flavored popcorn oil, and a package of Hidden Valley Ranch. Throw in a tablespoon of dill. Toss and let dry. Mmmmmmmm!

I also have a great recipe for turning that puff corn into caramel corn. :)

Hahaaa - I was going to say 'mixed nuts' in my post but wanted to eliminate the possibility of anyone construing it this way. (there are silly people here who might just do that EG ;) )
