Malware found on Thread

Found the Malware killer, downloaded it, ran it, the pop-up's still there. The site must be infected. I PM'd Manu about it; he should be able to kill it. :D

Four threads I can find on the forum that all display the warning in Chrome when visited, and all triggered by an image scouries has posted. ( searched for the offending site name and limited the search to the Lit forum )

The thread in question is one of them, and I see the warning when I click there from Google, rather than browsing the thread directly.

So it is an image he's posted? I've informed Manu about this thread so hopefully he'll see it and see your post as well.

Thanks for the research, Dark. It's nice to know that I'm not seeing things. :)

Well, at least you have Malwarebytes. It's an excellent program! I have it, too, and use it regularly.

Can't be the site. Nobody else is seeing them.

If Malwarebytes didn't find anything, then I'm stumped.

If it did find anything, there's a possibility that it's one of those nasties that you'll need to run Malwarebytes from within Safe Mode to eliminate it.
