That Lou Paget book (the name escapes me -- How to be a Good Lover? Great Lover? something like that) had a long chapter of techniques for women giving hand jobs. I remember one or two of them were a little hard for me to follow just from a description and a line drawing, but experimenting to figure it out was fun. There are some good tips in there.
