Well I have to say the 'appeal' of measuring has waned for me, so I'm done with that. I've not got above the 6ml mentioned before. But ... There's something going on from all this herbal stuff that's for sure. It's this:

I hang bigger and feel, well, ... lovely! sort of 'nourished' rather than wizened.
I get thicker erect which is what really makes a difference.
