go to www.infranview.com

Download the photo manipulator.

When you have it.....open it, click file/open, and select the pic you have saved......then go to Image/ Resize.

You will see two white boxes with pixels listed down on the lower/middle left side of the image resize box.....make the largest number 150......click file/save as......done deal.

I use composer by microsoft, and here is what I did:

while it's full sized, I used the sharpen lite button twice, then resized the largest size to 150, and did sharpen lite twice more. Here's the end product:

You are welcome!

Composer comes with FrontPage, I believe. I know it doesn't come with office, and I don't believe it can be purchased as a stand alone.

Great thanks a lot.. Im assuming I wont need the plugins its telling me about??

you resized it too many times under photoshop thats why it went fuzzy ... only do one resize from the original and then do sharpen or sharpen more depending on the picture

i only did normal sharpen for my one as sharpen more seemed to harsh

to resize just do shift+s and lick the maintain aspect ratio ... and then reduce either the height or width too 150 (whichever number is larger)

that's stupid.. I got frontpage with office so if I would have needed/wanted composer I would have to buy it again.. Micro-Cook.. :)

thanks again

I only resized it once but I kept trying to get the size(bytes) down.. So I was plying around with quality..

you shouldn't need to do that

I put it to 150 pixels and then i saved it and it was still too big. like 25 k or something like that..
