Make This Thread Die

I'm thinking of starting a new thread. What did you learn from Lit today? Yes? No?

When you start writing, don't quit. Run with it.

I write with a pen and paper. It's the only way I can keep my focus long enough to get a story out. My hand tends to cramp from writing that much, and my eyes get tired. It's still there, in my head, I just can't bring it to the front at the moment.

It'll hit me when I go to bed. As soon as I shut out the lights and settle in for the night, relax my mind and let it wander, it'll hit me.

Take a notepad to bed. Write your thoughts as soon as they come to you. You'll not only have your thoughts but your brain won't try to hang onto them until morning.

I have notebooks and pens stashed everywhere. One in my bedside table. The crap that comes through though, good lord.

I'm going to walk away from the computer for a bit, see if I can refocus long enough to get it flowing again.

Lustermunky...kinda makes me take the name apart and explore but Monk is really oxymoron to Lit....

I have a full page, front and back written. Going to type it up, see if that'll regain that focus. It's not like I ever publish anything. I just like writing.

I wasn't paying attention....is this writing for fun or for an assignment? Far be it from me to criticize for unfinished writing....I have more files in various states of start/stop than I care to admit.

Just for fun writing.
