Make a haiku

The lightest breeze blows
From pursed lips, like butterflies
Landing on my skin

There's some lovely work here folks .

A butterfly kiss
So softly brushing my cheek
Then quickly she's gone

For a friend

self-image deceives
We only see what is wrong
Others see the truth.:rose:

Simone's gang's torment
They're dancing, please make them stop,
Haunting bananas :nana:

When will you call me?
What words will you speak to me?
Will you forgive me?

My moonbeam's reply
Makes my heart skip, and lips smile,
Plus other effects.

Playful1 and EbersMoll, you two are insanely talented with haikus! If I were, I would have some how written this in 5 7 5 :) I really enjoy reading your beautiful poems.

Such praise is welcome
Coming from one who's thoughtful
Of the aesthetic

Thank you :rose:

How beautiful! Ahhh.... the talent. Here's my whole volume of work:

Graceful white plumage
skipping sideways through grey sky
magical dreamscape

Awesome! Truly. It would be great to hear more from you.:)

A first submission
So well formed and descriptive
Is rare and special.

My eyes grow weary
Watching the inexorable
Progress of time's hands

So the half-bell chimes
Clamouring midnight pending
And it's time for bed
