As she wondered around town, MD found that there wasn't really a place designated for newcomers to mingle with the locals. There were so many other places, but nothing for those like herself.
Well was she a witch or what? Spying an empty lot she set herself to a construction spell. In moments there stood a small cozy looking cabin with a neon pink sign that said "Magical Beginnings".

Well now to decorate the inside!

With an entusiastic squeal she made her way inside. As she disappeared a sign appeared in the window

Actually MD, there are. There's the China Pearl Inn and the Outlook. Even though, at the moment, they're not in use much. There are various threads newcomers are more than welcome to join in. However, other new threads are welcome and encouraged to appear as well.

I'm a quirky, geeky woman who enjoys a good cup of coffee, a good book, talking to just about anyone, and a steamy man to cuddle - or romp, whichever happens. How 'bout yourself? A Wolfling comes wandering carrying a basket filled with things.

Inside the large wicker basket one will find a large piece of rose quartz, a selection of incense cones and a pretty stone burner for those self same incense. There are also a selection of different types of smudge sticks and a pretty dark blue glass goblet.

The whole of it was left on a table, just inside the door. Placed on top of the wicker basket was a small envelope which smelled faintly of sandalwood and sage.

The word "WELCOME" was written on the envelope and within it was a short note.

notices the basket and, without taking her attention from Mia, reads the note. What a wonderful and thoughtful gift! Noticing the pawprint signature, MD conjured a bowl of some raw deer meat just outside the door as a offering of friendship to her mysterious gift giver.
