I just bought this book. I have yet to read it, but I find myself thumbing through it. I am forever stuck on this paragraph, it has struck a chord with me.

“She sank into the familiarity of him and let the mainline of sex do its work. Benjamin was like that, a drug. He was the lure of the abyss. She drank him in. He was like a strong liqueur trickling down, so warm inside you, you wondered, Have I been so cold until now?”


My question is...have you met someone in your life, who you just can't resist? When your around them you feel intoxicated by them?

I have met a couple in my life...some like a bad drug...and one very special one who intoxicates me in a good way.

You mean like when you see them and fireworks go off in your belly?? You see their car at the grocery store and suddenly you have a ton of shopping to do and you grab the cart and go all through the store looking for them, with nothing in your cart, and everyone staring at you, and you don't care; its like you have blinders on and all you can hear is your heart pounding; you're a walking bottle of "Obsession" ready to explode??
