What are you having?

Taco Bell
Hmmm. Hadn't thought about it, but now that I am...think I'll go Vegan today. I feel like being healthy. Local Vegan restaurant has a microbiotic meal that's really wonderful. Greens, root veggies, sea veggies, kidney beans, brown rice with a lovely tahini dressing.

Tortilla and cheese sandwiches, since i did a HUGE sourdough pancake, sausage, bacon and eggs breakfast for everybody.

Had coffee for breakfast

A pear and water.

BS...you reminded me of Kung Pow...Taco Bell...Taco Bell..mucho burrito ... taco bell.

four graham cracker squares, three bites of macaroni and cheese, the crusts of 2 PBJ sandwiches and a Barq's diet root beer... by the time I was done making the kids lunch, I wasn't hungry anymore... :)

I'll have to do better tomorrow

Lunch today was leftover Rouladen from last night. (Not enough for a full meal but two were just enough for lunch.)

Hey now that works.

The only problem I have down here is the heat. I actually picked up a nice propane stove not long ago and modified it so I can run it off the 25 pound tanks I use for the grill so I don't have to cook inside. (I still have to bake inside though which sucks.) Now in the back yard I have my gas grill with the stove sitting next to it. (It's going to be fun taking it apart to bring it inside if a hurricane decides to visit but what the hell.) The best part of it is I'm actually saving money using this thing. It costs less to cook with than the electric stove inside the house.

Sounds like the seafood gumbo I cooked. I said, I'd just cook a big pot of gumbo and feed all our guest and still have more left over. $76 later, I forgot that I live in Metro Atlanta and not on the gulf coast anymore. Would have been cheeper to get the small steaks we were going to get.

Come visit, I'll feed you all the Gumbo you can hold.

Yesterdays lunch was a bit of excitement.

I made my lunch, a parmesan and herb sub bun with spiral ham, sweet mustard and lettuce. A grapefruit, orange and a no fat yogurt, with two home made cookies. Two bottles of water.

So, I had to take my boss to the hospital for xrays, her car was in the shop, I then took her to the shop to pick up her car when she gave me money to pick up some things for lunch while she did the deposit at the bank.

Im in the grocery store, picked up some wedgie fries, salads, popsicles. (A small onion ring for me for the way back) Im actually picking out the popsicles (her son has tonsilitis again!) when the hydro went out.
Have to open every door in the freezer section to find the popsicles she wants.
Only three cash registers are working with debit because the generator only works for three at a time for 15 minutes.
Managed to get all that I needed and back to work, but it was done in about a half hour. She made it back before me!

That was lunch, today, I ahve packed, a whole wheat hot dog bun with fruilano cheese, chicken salad, lettuce, a non fat yogurt, an orange, and two cookies.

Austrian smoked cheese, brown bread, Branston Pickle followed by Spam on the brown bread and more Branston Pickle.

Washed down with coffee.

Feeling lazy today.

Don't even want to think about lunch...

Just got back from feeding horses though, so I can tell you what they had.

Casper, Mystery, Romeo, Lovey, Prissy - 2 cans Sweet Plus with a can of Southern States all-grain 12% sweet added. Served with a double handful of beet-pulp, and followed by a dry salad of summer-cured long-stemmed Bahia hay, with Zephyrhills water to drink.

J.Sol and Abra - 2 cans Sweet Plus, 1 can Southern States, 1 can Extruded Mare and Foal, and beet pulp with the aforementioned salad and drink

Sassy and Baby Bev - 2 cans Sweet Plus, 1 can Southern States, and 1/2 can of 13% grain mix, with beet pulp and a double order of salad, plus electrolyte mix added to the water

Cin - 1 can steamed crimped oats

Adonis - 4 cans Sweet Plus, beet pulp, salad, and drink. Alfalfa cube garnish

Bambi - 2 cans Sweet Plus, beet pulp, salad, and drink, alfalfa garnish

Mara - 3 cans Triple Crown high-fat with rice bran, salad, drink, alfalfa garnish

Darling - 1 sc. Gold premium pellets, 1/2 sc. Sweet Plus, peanut hay salad and drink, alfalfa garnish

Luke - 4 and 1/2 cans Stomp N Good 12% sweet feed, beet pulp, served with flax seed and alfalfa garnish, salad, and drink. He decided on half a tin of Spearmint Altoids for dessert.

Eianna and Bandit - 1 can Stomp N Good, pasture day, and they prefer the pond water to the tap.

Toy - 3 cans Stomp N Good, see above.

I wish I was kidding about the bottled water, lol. My boss paid nearly a thousand dollars extra to have her well go past the first and second aquifer layers to reach the same source that Zephyrhills bottles their water from. It's so funny, our horses are so spoiled that if we go to a show, or take the horses anywhere, they'll refuse to drink the water available there until they're horribly thirsty. And even then they throw fits about it.
