I think authors here are doing this frequently.

Sometimes it is so tempting especially when you get really dogged. I wrote a story about a young man who falls in love with and finally beds the elderly lady of his dreams. AFTER they make love, she dies in her sleep. A hazard of romantic relationships with the elderly. A few people read it that the main character had fucked the old lady to death and were OUTRAGED. I was so pissed off, I was tempted to write one where that actually happened.!

That said, they are probably not my strongest stories either...

Just curious what it takes to hit the 4.50 in a loving wives story...i probably can't write one...

Just check out the All-Star list. There is one for each category. Then decide if you're writing for points, writing for others' approbation, or writing for yourself. If one of the first two, just see what has won in the last and do likewise. If the last, then do what you gotta do, and to Hell with everything else.
