Loving Submission

Theodore Charles listened then said, "No it appears that he wanted you for himself when the time was right. InsteaD the war separated the family too much and he had to use you as a pawn to bridge the chasm between the sides."

He took a deep breath and looked out the window. "Things will be tricky now."

Ava worried at the hem of her sleeve. She could see the worry on Theodore's face.

"I didn't seek him out. I was looking for my parents. I just wanted to tell them goodbye."

She snuggled close to him and placed her head on his shoulder.

"I wasn't very afraid, because I knew you were coming for me. I knew you would expect me to be there as I was told."

Theodore Charles wrapped his arm around his wife and rose silently the rest of the way home. He needed to talk to his uncle and soon. The initial plan of staying 30 days now seemed untenable. He needed to go and soon before anything happened.

When they arrived at the house he went into the study and penned a letter home. It was more or less innocuous but Theodore Charles was certain his uncle would figure the message out.

Ava did her best shake the feeling that she had done something wrong. She went upstairs to clean up and to wash away the touch of her Uncle Oswald. While Theodore Charles attended to matters in the study, she cleaned up and then searched her trunks for the most modest dress she could find. She could see the purple finger marks her uncle had left on her arm. She dressed in a blue dress with a more modest neckline, but none of her dressed truly hid her figure. She didn't want any more advances from her kinsman.

She laid out fresh clothes for her husband. Then she had one of the maids help her pin up her hair again. Ava went downstairs and knocked on the study door.

Theodore Charles opened the door when he heard his wife knock on it. He looked at her dress and asked, "For whom are you dressing? That is singularly opposite of what I told you to wear, is it not?"

He handed a sealed letter to the doorman and said, "Make sure this gets on the way today. Price is no object. "

Turning back to Ava he said, "Go change into clothes appropriate for my wife, not some other man's niece. "

Ava sighed. "I will go change. I have laid out fresh clothes for you as well."

Ava turned on her heel and rushed up the stairs. She quickly unlaced the somber gown and tossed it into the truck with a groan. She found a gown more to her husband's liking and got dressed again. She checked the mirror one last time and then waited for her husband.

Theodore Charles walked up to the room he shared with his wife and looked at the dress she had chosen and made less of a face. "Perhaps we should move to Paris or London where the fashions are a little less constricted than here."

He dressed mechanically and strapped on a dagger. He had been going with out a weapon the last two days but thought better of it now. He also grabbed his sword but didn't wear it; the blade would stay in the carriage.

He looked at her and said, "Shall we get this over with?"

Ava nodded and allowed her husband to lift her into the carriage. She sat against the leather covered seat. But she did not relax. Her mind was worrying over her uncle and his threats to her husband.

She chewed her lower lip as she thought of the complexities that might arise. The alliance between the branches of the families was vital. Men were experts at war. Perhaps her mother could help her broker peace.

Theodore Charles stashed the sword in the carriage as the rode over to Ava's parents house. His whole aspect changed by the encounter with Oswald. Shaking his head he pondered the magnification of killing the old man out right.

The simplicity in being a soldier is that you know who the enemy is; they stand on the opposite side of the battlefield. Kill them. That holds true even in the other side is populated with family members. he could only hope that Oswald would be so stupid as to cause a fight that would allow Theodore Charles to kill him.

Somehow he doubted it.

Ava reached out for Theodore's hand. She held his hand tightly.

"You are my family now. I will not ever do anything to betray or shame you. I am on your side."

Ava did not truly understand all that was at stake but she knew where her allegiance laid. Ava rested her head on his shoulder as they rode back to her families home.

Theodore Charles looked at his wife and said softly, "Only a fool makes a wife choose between blood and marriage."

The carriage arrived at her parents house and they were greeted by the same welcoming committee as earlier in the day.

He stepped out of the carriage wearily and helped his wife out.

Ava greeted her family. Her father hugged her closely.

"Ava, we are glad you are back for supper. Cook has been hard at work making all of your favorites."

Ava stood on her tiptoes and kissed her father's cheek.

"We are pleased to dine with you and you know Cook always liked the boys better than me."

Ava took her husband's hand and didn't leave his side.

Theodore Charles greeted each of the men with similar warmth as he had during the morning, ignoring the conversation with Oswald despite it being in the fore front of his mind.

Entering the house they made their way to the dining room and gathered around the table. Ava's father at the head, Oswald at the foot. Fortunately Theodore Charles and Ava sat closer to her father than her uncle, which kept the conversation loose and entertaining.

After the dinner Oswald invited Theodore Charles and the other men to step into another room while he grabbed an after dinner drink. Theodore Charles smiled and politely declined, "I fear my wife and I must return to the villa early. I wish to go for a ride in the country side tomorrow. There are sights near here I wish to see."

With that, he offered Ava his arm and headed toward the door.

Ava was relieved that the dinner was relaxed in tone. Her father told stories about Ava as a child. He talked about her learning archery with her brothers, and racing across the countryside on horseback.

Ava couldn't help but smile as her father told these tales. Her mother was beaming with happiness at the familial togetherness.

Then dinner came to a close and Theodore artfully extracated them from the gathering.

Ava nestled in against him when they got in the carriage.

"Are we really going to go riding tomorrow? I love to ride."

Theodore Charles nodded, "Yes, it is my plan at any rate. I want to spend as much time out of the city as possible."

He pulled her over for a kiss, his tongue slipping between her open, eager lips. He consumed her as much as he could with his tongue before he allowed his hands to roam down her back toward her pert ass. He cupped it, squeezed it, then swatted it hard enough the sound reverberated in the carriage over the sound of the wheels on cobblestone.

"Besides, I am sure there are places out there where I should take you before we move to my home."

Ava squirmed in his arms. Her kiss was eager and she laughed happily against his mouth. She made her way into his lap.

"You can have me wherever you like. "

Ava opened the collar of his shirt. Her fingers seeking out his warm skin.

"Maybe you will have to chase me and catch me first. " she teased as she kissed his throat.

"Chase you," he mused playfully. "No, I expect that I call for you that you come crawling to me on all fours as fast as your pretty little body can go."

His hand began pulling her skirt up so he could reach and play with her ass. Once he had them high enough he ran his hand over her bare rump affectionately. He got to her crack, and he ran a finger along the inside edge of it and pressed against the starry opening he found.

"Though how we are going to have sex anywhere I choose with you in all of these clothes may be some what problematic.' He pressed his finger in to the first joint and observed, "Though I am sure we will find a way."

Ava was quite surprised to feel his finger press into her. She breathed out deeply. Ava pressed back against his finger.

"That makes me feel very warm." She cooed. "Do you like the way it feels?" She asked looking back at him over her shoulder.

Theodore Charles merely nodded. "Your mouth, pussy, ass, I like them all. Especially when my cock is in them."

He slowly fingered her ass while the carriage made its way to their villa. When they arrived he reluctantly pulled his finger out and opened the door. After helping her down he swatted her ass and said, "II will be in shortly. Be naked. "

Ava climbed the stairs to their bed chamber. The maids had a fire blazing in the hearth and the bed was made with fresh linens.

Ava closed the heavy door to their room and stripped out of her dress. She unpinned her hair and let it fall around her shoulders. She took her place on her knees in front of her husband's chair. She knew that is probably where he would want them to start.

Theodore Charles went to the stables and looked around for a while until he found what he was looking for. He grabbed several items and put them in a burlap bag then headed into the house.

He grabbed a pitcher of ale on his way to the room and smiled when he saw his wife not only naked, but kneeling before 'his' chair. He set the beer and bag on the table next to the chair and sat. He cupped her face and said, "Tonight, we play for real. Are you ready for it?"

Ava leaned her face against his warm hand.

"What do mean? Isn't what we are already doing?" Her voice was light and playful but she felt herself growing nervous.

She looked at the bag in his hand.

"What have you brought, love?" She asked softly. She felt herself quivering just a little. She bit her lip waiting for his response.

He saw the dichotomies of trust and apprehension in her eyes and smiled warmly. "No harm will come from what is in the bag, wife."

He tool her hands and placed them on his thighs, very close to his crotch. "In fact I think you will come to enjoy it ever so much."

He took a sip of his beer then said, "Undress me wife, so I may show you."

Ava exhaled and then began to undress him. She was comforted by the familiarity of this part. She knew how to remove his clothes and lightly tease his skin. She removed his boots, and his breeches. She removed his jacket and tunic and let her breasts brush against his chest.

"You know that I trust you." Ava whispered. "I am yours. Always."

"Good," he whispered and lift his hips off the chair so that Ava could pull his pants down his thighs. He settled back into the chair as they rounded his knees and started a downward journey.

"Tonight we are going to try ropes, by tying you up to yourself, wife." He tilted her head up so he could see her eyes. "I will be gentle with you, but, I will not stop once we start until we are both done."
