Lover's Quarrels on Lit

The very best thing to do when someone does that is for the other person not to respond at all. Unless you just like a good fight :p

Last night was wonderful, lavender. But I don't think we can see each other any more. I'm sorry. You know I love you, baby.

In most instances I agree. However, some people can't be reached in a productive manner, or the manner involved ie PM's get forwarded to all and sundry. If you have a problem with it lavender, I know you know how to use the ignore function. Best suggestion yet? Skip the post and read something else. The only thing its hard on is your eyes.

PM's or email. I don't remember a person going to a mall to get in an arguement over a misunderstanding.

God damn you Lavender......
when Pyper went to Spain, then I was good enough for ya.......

she returns and you drop me like a hot potato out of the oven without mitts on your hands.

I feel cheapened and used.
I feel like crap

you are so selfish and uncaring.

I want everyone on Lit to know what a selfish uncaring bitch you are........

Stop talking about potatoes, goddammit.

This isn't a mall, it's a close-knit community (with some serious deraveling in spots, but that's another thread). People who have on-line relationships base them in the cyber world, so it's perfectly natural to vent about them in the same place.

People don't act any differently here than they do with a big ol' group of friends out there. We laugh, gossip, flirt, quarrel, etc.

And lavy, you are so Southern in your manners sometimes. It makes me smile. :)

you sour cream bitch.

Did you think she would actually go back to you after she had a taste of this? Huh, fish-bitch?

shit..

nevermind. I found it

and no, I wasn't looking. I tripped into the thread. It really was an accident.

I'm just trashy enough to enjoy the hell out of a good knock down, drag out lovers spat. 'Specially when it's one of those predictable, get out the popcorn and sell tickets kinds of things. They're actually almost as fun as watching the people involved form new 'things' within an hour or so...

However, some things should be kept to PMs. And we all have to make that personal choice. I've seen at least 3 threads in the past couple of days that, IMO should have never been placed on a public board. The info in them was too personal, too meaningful and too private to be brought into the forum. I thought it showed a serious lack of respect to post them publicly.

What are you talking about? What did I do that was Southern?
Just a general vibe, is all. Despite your spitfire exterior, I can still detect the Southern Gentlewoman manners underneath.

(Specifically, your immediate reaction to someone airing their "dirty laundry." It's cute.)
