The_Fool said:Hmmm....what if the letter is a response to the recievers thoughts. Before opening the letter they had mental questions about the sender and found that the opened letter answered those questions.
If the letter had lines like "How good was that cup of coffee you just had?" or "I love it when you put your hair up like that" would be more of the disconcerting twilight zone type.
The freaky stuff would be if the reciever had just completed a very fulfilling bit of self indulgence to a very satisfying daydream and the letter described the daydream and the self-indulgence. That gets wierd because of the intense invasion of privacy.

Sub Joe said:I assume by "every action you made" you mean you, the receiver.
Well, how much a creature of habit are you? I daresay some people go through a pretty standard routine in the morning before opening their mail.
Describe them "actions" for us, Charley.

You ask a sort of vaguish question and want a detailed answer. My answer is still...I would be intrigued because by my nature I would try to decipher a logical meaning. Then I would give reason for letting the occult side of me try to understand it. It would go between fear and resolution.

You can laugh now.
Charley, my take on your question would be to assume that the love letter is sent from one person (A)who knows the recipient (B), so well, so intimately, and that (B) is a creature of intensely predictable habits and routines, almost obsessive. In which case, for (A) writing a letter to (B), describing their actions would be an easy task.
How (B) would feel is another matter. Personally, unless I knew the writer very well, and was aware that they knew me equally intimately (in which case the intimacy of the letter would make me smile) , I would be very.........nervous is the least reaction. Totally freaked is the worst.

It's a soul mate kind of question, I guess. Does one recognize their soul mate, even if they have not met yet? A romantic thought, indeed. CharleyH said:Thanks Mat,

impressive said:Well, I suppose you could write the letter detailing the actions of the person you WANTED to find ... then send it to a whole bunch of people. One of 'em is bound to match eventually.![]()

and a clever way of looking at things from a logical perspective if you were the kind of person who didn't believe in Kizmet or things of a more spiritual nature. A statistical person may look at it that way.impressive said:It's called "aggressive marketing."![]()
