I agree, it is more of a choice than anything else. Because you can magically fall for someone and realize that he's poor and he lives ont he street. The choice of love comes into play when you decide to choose him despite his shortcommings.
People Magically fall for other people all the time. And then when they get bored, they move on to Magically fall for someone else.
