Lost

Why? There was plenty of CSI discussion going on and that doesn't have anything to do with Lost.

[newbie]Besides it's my thread [/newbie]

yeah, of course Lost was even more bogus than most of the tv shows out there. I mean, I know that I sleep with all of my friends and every crime investigator out there knows what a killer thinks just by looking at a glove. *nods*

do ya really think you own this Thread?? Interesting thought. If one creates a Thread, is it his/hers??? Hmmmmmm

Uhm..

No, hence the sarcasm I used in my post.

I am praying they bring this series to Denmark (and CSI NY). They've been doing better and better and there are no more American shows available than ever. My current favourite is "The L Word" :D

The L Word has possiblities but I just dont know if they can get it going!!

It was good to chanel surf that show with The Bachelor.

The best part was when the body came out of the cock pit door.

Lost had a promising start but I did have a technical problem with one thing they did. Maybe I was just doing it wrong, but I have performed CPR on hundreds of people, over the years, and Not one was ever sitting up and talking shortly afterwards... I know, I'm just being picky.

That is very true though and most recreated CPR is just awful.

I've been trained for over twenty years and have never had to use anything beyond rescue breathing. Had some great lifeguard saves though.

I watched Lost also and found it to be so hokey that I will tune in just to see what other movies and television shows they can rip off for material. You have your requisite diversity of cast, with the exception of the "handsome" hero with the even white teeth. Of course he is a doctor and can go around saving everyone while he is injured. Of course he had a few flying lessons and knows a little about aviation. What hidden talent and skill will he posess next week. That will keep me tuning in, that and I want to know what in the world the darn yellow labrador could possibly have to do with whatever is living on that island!

The dog just belongs to the camera crew, it snuck into the shot.:D

Next week they travel to the other side of the island and find them filming the next season of survivor.

I kinda like Limo being on top of me..

That was funny!

im in two TV Threads at the moment so forgive me if i repeat myself. But, check out Nip Tuck, not bad, kind of miami funky!!

My favorite comic book when I was a kid was called Star Spangled War Stories. Most issues dealt with WWII soldiers and sailors in the South Pacific landing on islands inhabited by dinosaurs. The best was My Brothers With Wings, which featured a downed American pilot being adopted by Pteradactyls. One issue had the coolest comic book cover of all time: a man in a loin cloth on the back of a pteradactyl firing a tommy gun at a Japanese Zero. Art by the great Joe Kubert.
Anyway, it's got to be a dinsaur on the island.

so, how was the second episode?

worth watching the 1 and 2 together this Saturday?

Lost is on tonight I think, Nip/Tuck in Oct....I am looking forward to Lost!!

What bit I got to see of it tonight was pretty good.

Damon Lindelof, co-creator of ABC's SF series Lost, told SCI FI Wire that the creative team hasn't found itself limited by the show's premise: plane crash survivors stuck on a deserted island. With 48 survivors and a core cast of 13, Lost is proving to have more stories than they can tackle. "Every single one of these characters is so uniquely interesting to me," Lindelof said in an interview. "We have spent so much time already discussing who they all are. The first phase of the show is finding out why everybody was in Australia and why they were flying to Los Angeles. Answering the questions 'Where were you coming from?' and 'Where were you going?' will be fairly interesting for everyone. And the answers to those questions are very satisfying."

I've just figured out the premise here... I didn't see it last week and only caught bits tonight... And while the acting is kinda "B" and the Polar bear ? WTF?

I did appreciate the creepiness of the 16 year old message...

Think I'll pre-record both back-2-back episodes if they air them Saturday night just to catch up. I missed the first show and only caught the latter half of tonight's episode. Something Bermuda Triangulish about it all I hear... so I think it might be something worth getting into. Besides, what the fuck else is there to watch anymore?

Just thought I'd bump this thread up because the next episode of Lost will be on later tonight, and I personally cannot wait. :D

Yet another good show. Apparently, all the women on the island are models!! hot chicks

I liked it

I'm way curious to find out what she did. Pulling the dude out of the truck when it caught fire, even after he betrayed her, shows she isn't some horrible person.
