Lost

In the flash of Jacob in the chair, did it look to you like he had a gaping head wound?

Was that trail of dust a dead Smoke Monster?

Can the Island save Locke from a gut shot?

And what about Naomi?

Someone actually had the audacity to call me during Lost so I missed part of the scene where Ben is talking with Jacob and Locke hears him and then the cabin starts falling apart...

And I want the island to save Locke !

Save him island , you can do it !

If they do that it will be akin the last shot of St. Elsewhere, where everything we had seen was just the imagination of an autistic child. I am still totally pissed by that series ending.

Perhaps but if ya want to know the truth that is about the ONLY plausible/logical ending that they can have that I can see.

And even if it isn't and is bad as you say... whats wrong with them ending the show on a daring note? Besides, they've fucked with us the last 2 years so why should we expect that they won't continue to fuck with us.

It almost looked like it encircled the area that Jacob's cabin was in. Makes me think its some kind of wiccan/witchcraft thing to keep Jacob trapped within that small area so Jacob needs Locke's "help" to get out.

I thought there was a flash of Jacob in there!! I need to go back and watch it frame by frame to see...

Just finished watching an older so-bad-HBO-plays-it-at-2-in-the-morning movie called Kama Sutra: Tale of Two Lovers or something equally cheesy and guess who plays the king?? None other than our beloved Sayid!!! Much younger, much worse acting and TONS more eyeliner.

Still a pretty good body.

I'm thinking that Locke will be rescued by Ben's daughter (forget her name) and that consequently, we'll learn more about her and her mother and how she came to hate her father.

I could see that happening, when she handed Locke the gun and stated "you'll need this", I had a feeling it wasn't because of Jacob, she kinda glanced at Ben when she said that.

Fucked with us, yeah

That's my impression. They're just fucking with us and don't have a clue what to do or where to go.

You know a show like this, with all the build-up and suspense, will always have a hard time living up to the hype and pleasing everyone with a suitable ending but if you truly feel that way, that the writers have no clue and are simply wasting your time, why do continue to watch and post on a thread like this?

I'll be amazed if they have a plan to explain things without the supernatural or some cop out, like it's all a dream. Likewise if they can keep it going and keep our interest for three more years.

Have any of the producers been denying the possibility that Bobby Ewing dreamed it all?

It doesn't matter, I am really loving this show/season. I just can't believe Sawyer murdered someone and can go about his business like nothing happened and he is banging Kate to boot.....

Works for me. Some people just need killing. Some just need banging. I'm glad Sawyer's on the job! :D

As Dirty Harry once said:

"Nothing wrong with shooting...as long as the right people get shot."

Problem is, Sawyer shot the wrong guy.

Oh, no doubt there are others that need some shooting on that show but the guy he killed totally deserved it.

To give people like you someone to complain about. This IS the GB!

I liked the show, and still do. I believe the writers have been "lost" and distracted by having to go off on too many tangents, so it's hard to even follow what has happened and what is happening. And the scheduling has sucked too. About 4 new shows in October, then 2 months off, then a few more new onew, then a month off, then a time change, etc.

Now, at least, the producers, directors, writers can finally write something that pulls everything together and end this thing before it really does wind up somewhere in the Pacific in the bottom of the sea.

That's why I post here.

re

Actually, it was 12 straight episodes starting in September, off for 3 months, Dec-Feb, then 12 straight from March til now, so if you're gonna complain about an aspect, at least get your facts straight.

Just enjoy the show, dummy.

tonight...

Greatest Hits

Jack devises a plan to do away with "The Others" once and for all, Sayid uncovers a flaw in "The Others'" system that could lead to everyone's rescue, and Charlie's dangerous task may make Desmond's premonition come true.

Sounds good! I love Lost night.

I cannot wait to see lost tonight. I too hope Locke isn't dead. It's odd, I think they've killed off all the "annoying" characters now. Other than Jack I guess.. who some people find bothersome.

I doubt we'll even see Locke tonight. Which will probably annoy some people.

Michael Emerson (the actor playing Ben) in an interview kinda supposed that Locke is going to live and hinted at a good reason, so I'm hopeful that my favourite character will live.

Then again, it's the actor playing Ben (my 2nd favourite by the way) who is a guy that constantly lies and f**** with people's minds.

But his explanation would be logical and fit the show.

I can't wait to see how this season ends especially since the producers are talking about an ending which will turn things around, something we have never seen before and would not have expected. (Holy sh**)

Too bad, I can't see the episode before Monday or Tuesday since I don't live in Germany. :(

You guys have fun tonight.
