I liked seeing the blond girl last week being all goth though. Did anyone else like her better with dark tresses and a 'tude?

Claire with the black hair was nice, but I can't decide if its better than the blonde. I'll have to look into downloading this episode... but I doubt it'll be up yet.

True. Dark hair and light eyes is nice that way. My eyes really stood out when I had deep red hair. But I'm glad to be a natural blonde again.

I still can't decide what I like better on her. The punk look was kind of nice, but I'd have preferred she dressed nicer. The dark hair and baggy clothing kind of offset each other.

interesting episode tonight. they're definitely moving things along at a quicker pace now. Quite the revelation about Locke tonight too (trying not to ruin it for those who haven't watched the episode yet)

I couldn't remember where I had seen the actress who plays Alex, so I looked her up, she used to be on Malcolm In The Middle, and I hardly ever watched that show but I do remember her. I wonder if her character is only temporary or if any of the others will be on once that storyline runs its course.

I did not read back or anything I was just wondering if anyone else besides me thinks that Locke's dad is the real Sawyer.

I thought so before but did not say anything because it would seem dumb. But with Jack and Claire being half bro/sis it might be another coincidence.

Doesn't seem dumb at all, now that you mention it, I feel dumb for not having thought that.

I found tonights episode funny, those two got what they deserved, its not dharma, thats karma lol

I LOVED last night's episode. It kept me hanging on, just like the OLD Lost used to. The creepy ending where she opened her eyes, just as the sand was coming down on her face, it was written just like the old Twilight Zone episodes, campy and spooky. I just hope they keep it up now.

Ok, I have to say the whole "paralyzed" subplot last night irritated me immensely.

Granted, I know NOTHING about science and almost nothing about anatomy, but if a person is paralyzed THAT severely that they appear dead, they wouldn't be breathing, right?

And if a person does not breathe for 8 hours, they'd die.

So either they were breathing or they weren't. If they were breathing, the other survivors would have noticed that at some point.

If they weren't breathing, they wouldn't have opened their eyes at the end because they'd have already been dead.

Made no sense to me, and kind of ruined an otherwise good episode.

As far as a show, it was good.

As far as advancing the show, it sucked.

It would have been a good episode last year. Not right now when we were just starting to find out more. It was like a pause in the series as far as I was concerned.



That girl did/does have nice boobs though.

I think its a medical fact though. I know that in Haiti they use some weird herb or something that has been said to have caused the whole zombie-voodoo mythos.

I'm not buying it.

Until I see some kind of proof that it's possible for someone to show absolutely NO signs of breathing outwardly and yet still be breathing and alive but not moving in any way, I say last night sucked.

I mean, sure, someone can be in a coma, but then they have to have machines breathing for them.

Think of it as a hibernation state basically. All bodily processes go down to the bare bottom of the scale which is "dead" enough to fool someone who is giving the "victim" a very quick lookover. Heart and breathing rates would be down in the teens or a tad lower and even the breathing in and out would be very unnoticable.
