I forgot to mention, Im a tucker, I tuck my pillow over my arm and under my head at night. Every night I wake up with rubbery arms, from my shoulder to my elbow is numb and down the outside of my forarm and along my pinkys.
I am sure its pinched nerves, I just need a new sleeping position where I dont snore and I dont go numb- isnt that a pretty thought! lmao

Thats rough on the shoulder too, I used to do that for a while and switched to sleeping flat on my back. If I have to be on my side I usually place both arms out in front.

no no...it's not like cancer or that... painful and annoying to be sure. BUT so far...only worrisome if it gets WORSE.

crossing fingers...OW! (kidding)
Pain still sucks......well, some of it does. :catroar:

HA!

yes...but I am no where near the emotional stress that many others are wrestling with.

I can find great strength in Fairysong's fight. Or my mother's. Or my friend who died BRAVELY and honorably of brain cancer.

I just have an owie.
Then stop being such a little bitch.......Nancy.

yep. Sleeping is one of the things the doc asked about..and I am to wear wrist splints at night so that I do not agrivate things inadvertantly...not so sure they helped...both hands felt tingly in the morning.

hmmm...maybe they shouldn't be so tight that my fingers are blue...Willy will send me to the dejuicing room!

My younger brother has carpel tunnel and he has to wear the wrist splints to bed. I think he's been wearing them for a year now. When he went in for his last check up they gave him new splints. He says that it still hurts sometimes even with the splints on.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you and sending you some Elf magic.

So you had splints on your wrists in the evening, and they are still horribly sore in the morning?

Hmmm.

Either you are sleeping in a seriously aggravating position or you're going to need to stop stroking yourself so much at night.

(Thinking good thoughts about your upcoming tests.)
