hmm..mine just turned 20 LadyC..and is so lost in the World..and i can't help her unless she wants me too..I keep thinking that old saying.."brought you in..can take you out"..I'm just hoping she finds her way. She is to be moving with me..just dunno when.

Okay CopyCarver..I'm not sure how Ya'll make Caribou's there but here ya go..either one these?

1.) 1 part pineapple juice
1 part Malibu coconut rum
1 part 151 proof rum

Then Highball it.

2.) 3 c. dry red wine
1/2 c. sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 c Vodka

Cook that combo, toss out the cinnamon stick..add the vodka to the wine and chill it.

3.) 2 oz. vodak
2 oz. champagne

martini style..toss a lemon for garnish.

4.) 3 oz port
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/4 oz creme de cassis
1 splash maple syrup

Mix and wine glass it. (NOW..this one I'm not sure is correct I can't remember back that far. It's been a long while since I tended seriously..for friends now and then sure..but in a bar..been a bit.)
