Looking for Volunteer Editor

I need help! I've written my first story and am having a hard time getting feedback from LE's volunteer editors. I've submitted it to 5 different volunteers and haven't had any replies, comments, etc. I'm being patient, but after waiting 4 weeks my patience is no longer a virtue! I'd really like someone else to read what I've written before submitting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've had problems with the Volunteer Editor program too. I don't think its still active... so the best thing to do would be to mail some people on the board and ask them if they could look at your work. I'm not sure if they will find the time to do it but at least you'll be assured of a reply. There are lots of great people here and I think most of them would review your story for you.

Ohh and don't forget to submit the first 500 words for the 'Whispersecret Treatment' no matter how long it takes.
