try pleasure bumps ... many glass/pyrex toys can come with these and there are some dildos that are designed with them. This particular picture looks like a custom .. but as I said, the glass/pyrex can be made with them. (They are also very easy to keep clean!)

I've never seen one like it either.

It might have been made by the people that made the suit. Most latex is very much handmade...

I don't know, I've never played with one like that.

My advice, try it on yourself, first. If it turns out to be safe for you, then it's probably okay for them...

Snark aside, it could be made with nubs that look scary but in fact are soft and squishy.

Your problem is trying to find a dildo atached to a lifesized, rubberized, stileto heeled, nurse doll with gas mask. Have you tried just searching for dildos?

It looks like a prop made out of latex to me, but not knowing, I can't say it isn't actually made to be used. I don't think I'd ever use it. It seems to have far too much girth. And cleaning around all of the crevices of those round things would be difficult.

Bigger isn't always better, but it does help when making a video or a picture. That's why I call the one in the pic a prop. The below link is a place to start for sensible dildos actually made for insertion. There are also links that take you to other sites. Remember to get some good lube!
