Looking for help, direction, or just an editor for a sadistic story

I have had this idea for a story for quite some time, and have attempted a few times to write it. However, I get lost or just fizzle out and delete it.

So, I would like to find someone to help me write the story, someone to bounce ideas from, and to help keep me on track.

I've started it again, this time, I plan on sticking with it, and finally asking for help. It is a non consent, total rape fantasy / story line..
