Looking for editors and/or beta readers

I have 30 stories published at Lit. that I've written and edited myself. I'm looking for beta readers and editors to help improve my stories and my writing. I'd like help with standard editing but also suggestions for improving characters, fleshing out the plot a little more completely, filling in gaps and places where things just don't hang together as they should, smoothing out some of my metaphors. etc. I'm currently working on a story that is completely different for me, writing in a way I haven't written before. It's at about 20,000 words now and will be a little longer before it's completed. Happy to trade beta reads or editing with someone also.
