looking for editor to help re-write

hello,
I am new to here and i submitted my first story after a friend telling me i should but it was rejected due to it being kind of short and most likely had grammar mistakes.
so i am looking for an editor to help with grammar and punctuation as-well as help re-write it, so its actually something good to read...as far as details go i am rubbish at it.

the story itself is a "what i would do to you if i could" kind of story but it lack's detail badly.
its all in English all tho probably poor English

if anyone is willing to help it would be gratefully appreciated

if any other information is needed before you are willing to take it, feel free to ask.
