1). Rich young guy (divorced) moves into new neighbourhood. Runs a charity asks woman in area to offer tennis lessons for charity lotto. Falls in love with her, one night she and nasty hubby disappear. She returns to MC weeks latter but has been beaten up. Her hubby killed by drug gang. MC and her reunite and start a family.

2) Set in Australia a retired cop (now a security consultant) helps new neighbour and her two young children when she moves away from abusive husband. MC has seen too much family violence so helps her.
