Hi all,
I'm into chapter 8 of a nonhuman story. My main characters are not vamps or weres, though my male lead does have a second form. Up to this point I have been self-editing.
Anyway, I've been working on getting out of passive voice, so that's a primary focus. For that piece if someone could just highlight those places, then I can change them myself, it's just that I'm very used to writing and reading passive voice, so it doesn't always register when I do it.
I'd also love any other feedback, especially around the flow and what may need to be tightened up.
Finally, just wanted to let any potential editor know that this current chapter's a bit long, so it isn't a short read. It's got double paragraph breaks for formatting reasons during submissions, so it appears a bit longer than it is, but it's about 33 pgs in Word.
Anyway, if there's anybody out there that would be interested in editing this, please let me know.
