Longer Lasting??

Hello all. This is my first post to anyhting of this sort of nature, but I been to literotica often. Great site.

Anywho, I am a 20 year old male (soon to be 21 yay!) and was wondering how someone like myself can last longer in sex. Now I haven't had sex in a few years, and I, like every guy, masturbates. I hear things such as "Practice and you will last longer" Well I seem to think thats a lie. I used to masturbate before, and then when I had sex I would have to ejaculate pretty quickly.

Anything I can do to help with this? I guess having more sex would help it, but since that's not a straight up offer right now, anything else? Thanks!
