Long distance punishment

My girl and I are temporarily separated, and I am trying to gather ideas of good long distance punishments. She disobeyed a very direct order, and while my punishments have been adequate thus far, I don't want to get stuck without something good and fresh. This is my first long distance D/s relationship, and we have about four months before we can be together again. Gotta make sure I keep things exciting
