Today's topic:

There are a lot of different types of people here at Lit. And sometimes we converse with people outside of our normal circle of friends. Would you say the people with whom you converse here are people you'd befriend off this board?

For me, I don't talk to a load of people here. Just a lucky few. For me, all of those people would be friends off the board. Despite their shitty taste in actors, like Hugh Jackman for instance, I would be friends with them.

I'm curious as to how many people would talk with those that they wouldn't befriend outside of Lit. For sexy reasons or other.

I think we could be very good friends in any world just based on that one statement above.

I don't have a ton of friends here, but the few I do have - I think we'd be friends in real life. But we might have to avoid talking about politics, religion and clowns.

I'll talk to just about any one on the boards. Outside the boards, there are very few that know how to get a hold of me by email/IM. A very rare few even have my phone number!

So basically I'm friends with those people outside of Lit. I was even supposed to meet one last month but something came up. *cries* However we'll be meeting soon enough.

There is someone here that I impulsively befriended on another social media, who has made me question what was I doing. The more I observe on here and there, I rarely agree with what they say, their politics, their friends, or how they treat people on here. There have been other friendships that I've backed off of on Lit for those exact same reasons also.

Only one person here has my real information. She actually has my Facebook password and can get nosey and stalk me at her leisure. I'm a pretty paranoid person, personally.

It's just how classy I am. Not everyone washes their children, but me, I go all out. I even use soap.

I've contemplated being fb friends with a few people...but I get weirded out when I realize there are a bazillion pics of my kids....i keep in touch with a few through email.... (and I suck and it). If lit imploded I'd lose contact with some great people.

I work from the gravy upwards - can't beat a good sauce... say like mix in some cranberry and honey into the gravy mix and you're half way there... maybe cook with an orange?
Serve it on individual beds of mash potato with onion, julian carrots...

You can use my high temp recipe. It's yummy.

She's right. I don't know about the well-hung thing, but sauce is always good.
