I think this is a very interesting but also very though question.
What did our host post which made him "Whoops"?
Was he overwhelmed by Aphrodite's eyes?
Were it the vibrators I posted that did it?
Or Endless going to the Galleria?

He figured out that Perkster was hacked.

Wait, what was the question today? I'm too freaked out about Perky being hacked. Yikes.

It's probably just her old man finding her account and being pissed.

Come on, people. We live in a world full of relationships filled with that crap.

*shrugs*

So, is anyone around who can shed light on the hacking thing? By hacking I presume someone got past her passwords and accessed her account?

Does that happen often on Lit?!?!

EN, hacking is the stuff super genius people do to government entities, or banking systems, or whatever all the stuff is that our country runs on.

She probably didn't erase her history (hint hint) or something like that, and her man found out she was on here. I can't say for sure, just speculating.

Does it happen often? Who knows? But it isn't something to worry about unless you're in need of secrecy. In that case, don't mess up like she did. *hugs*

Somehow, I think there's more to the story. I'm eager to know also, as that's fucking terrifying. I know it's happened to others here also.

From a friend...Perky is fine.
No other details.
:rose:
The tone of those hacked posts was rather scary, so I'm very glad to hear that. :)

I'll confess now that the incident led me to wonder how many Litster accounts (unlike Perky's) wouldn't immediately be identified as having been hacked. For a few people, I can imagine that there would be quite a lot of rounds of "he/she is being random today" comments and rolling-eyes smileys before the penny finally dropped.

That was naughty of me, wasn't it? Bad Mindfondler! *spanks self* ;)

Sunday morn, Sunday porn. That's a thing, right? ;)

I assume that 100% of people here have watched porn, and that a very large percentage watch it with regularity. Even though the women are too beautiful, then men too well hung, the orgasms too fake. But yet when we watch we always put ourselves there, wanting to be in that scene, that moment. There's something about porn sex that we all want.

So, if all of us watch porn, most of us put ourselves into the scenes, why arent our sex lives more like that of porn? Or do we just like the fantasy?

Excusey me while I drift this thread.

T'anks for the love.

I wasn't hacked, I stupidly let an ex use my computer. Did I know he was sooo bitteruglynasty? Noooo. Proper action has been taken.

Oh...4Love...we haven't "met". Imma Perks & I didn't mess up & I don't have an old man. A little cynical...jaded...just uber realistic? Whatevs.

Back to ChainedDaddio's questie of the day.

Thanks Perky, so glad things aren't as awful as we'd imagined. I'd decided to not say anything about it, not wanted to give who ever it was the satisfaction of seeing replies if he was still watching.

Thanks for filling us in, there was a tidal wave of concern for you, glad you're okay.

*breaks into song*

We love you Peeerrrrrkyyyy
Oh yes, we dooooooo!
We love you Perrrrrkkkyy
And we will be true.

When you're not near us
We're blue.
Oh, Perky, we love you!

A little cynical...jaded...just uber realistic? Whatevs.

Yes, probably all of the above...

And a few drinks into the night.

Nice to meet you, PerkyT. :rose:

ETA: This thread is probably not the best place for me. Ironically, my Litiquette leaves a lot to be desired.

Again, I do apologize everyone. Perhaps I would do better on the "blurt" threads since I seem to be pretty good at that.

Really??? The people, to me at least, typically seem unattractive, though I’d have agreed that the sex seemed contrived.

I’ve never found porn interesting, and certainly not titillating. Before now I’d have said it was too graphic, not allowing much scope for the imagination. My imagination is pretty vivid, it doesn’t need a whole lot of help. :cattail:

My initial response to your question makes me thing the unattractive thing may be the real issue. That, and my porn tastes are…a bit specific.

Considering it’s been at least ten years since I’ve watched any, actually probably longer. I should give it another chance. Particularly after reading Rainshine’s comments on going from not liking to liking. Maybe it’s changed over the last the last fifteen years?

I only watch amateur porn. My sex life is like the stuff I watch, which is why I watch it.

I have watched porn and most I find super cheesy. Too much flexing from the boys and duck lips from the girls...and the music....ugh. However, there are a select few bits and bobs (and certain actors) who make some porn pretty good and it aligns fairly specifically with my desires.

Can I put myself into *those* scenes? I'd like to....but it's the getting myself in that situation to ask for it that's the complicated bit.

ps...glad you're ok perky!!!! *glitterbomb*

I used to enjoy some porn, but I've gone off it in recent years. It's not that I've become more prudish (quite the opposite!) but rather that the sheer fakeness of most porn is too distracting for me.

I've realised that the biggest turn-on for me is the expression of genuine emotions. In a sex scene, I no longer care much about the looks of the performers, the mechanics of their genital action, or how loudly they moan. I'm still hooked, though, by anything that engages me in the feelings of the characters. I'd happily trade a few exchanges of lustful eye contact for any amount of on-screen hardcore grinding.

It's not just about the immediate action in porn, either -- the prior context is important to me too. I've found a few Lit stories that set up such fantastically sizzling scenarios that I don't even need to read through the sex scene -- my imagination will happily fill in that part! The same can be true of visual porn.

With this in mind, to answer Chained's question, I wouldn't want my sex life to resemble 95+% of porn. I would, though, quite like to find more porn that speaks to me in the way that I've described -- and then adopt that as a template for my own sex life. :)
