Not sure. I mean, some just sound better than the other in certain circumstances.

I prefer quality over quantity. In words as in deeds. Wordiness is funny sometimes but it gets tedious after a while.

I would prefer giving and getting better quality in deeds over presenting myself well with words.

It depends on when and why I'm using the word. In ever day life I like real words. I need words to make me feel comfortable.
I just had this conversation with my son yesterday. He kept saying some kid 'tried to tag him in the nuts'. And I kept saying....it's not 'nuts'. I said you call and ear an ear....a leg a leg...call it what it is. He said it makes him feel weird.
In work or life beyond kids I still like quality.
And between the sheets ...well.....as long as it's not contrived I like words to act as a trigger....i can handle nicknames more so then.
edit: anyone can make something sound good so I guess I should add being 'good in deeds'...whatever they may be....should be backed up with words.

Hmmm. I’m not sure I really understand what you’re asking, but….

If we’re talking general life, I’m good enough with words that I generally manage to manufacture opportunity. Often more than I can reasonably take advantage of.

But, I have a horror of behaving dishonorably, so If I have to pick one I’d prefer better quality in my deeds.

If we’re talking sex, then I’m less articulate. Don’t get me wrong, I still talk a LOT! Just less clearly in expressing wants and needs. Really quite annoying, all things considered.

But, my horror of behaving dishonorably definitely extends to sexual relations, so I guess I’d still go with deeds.

I would rather be good in deeds but not present so well, which is probably already true for me in most cases.
