This thread and its many previous iterations. It is where I met my people and started forming Lit friendships.

I lurked for a looooooong time before I got up the courage to post something. At that time, it was a very active thread and there was a lot of banter with people who all seemed to know each other very well. It was a little intimidating to jump in, but I figured out that was exactly what I needed to do. And while I wasn't everyone's cup of tea at first (I'm looking at you, Enny ), I felt accepted and encouraged to participate.

I was very, very happy that this thread was resurrected a few months ago and while it doesn't have the same rhythm that it did a few years ago, it is still one of my happy places in Lit.

I love the story of how Trekka and Naughty came together—it had a great cast, there was comedy, drama, suspense, nudity and lesbians. Everything I like.

I also want to hear about the smack down between Suz and Enny. I’m imagining there was mud, bikinis (at first ) and then a warm friendly embrace. And I’d like to hear about it.

My personal favorite threads are Suz’s and PLP’s threads. They seem to have both managed to attract most of my favorite people on Lit at one point or another. They are fun, sexy, friendly and perfectly perverted toward my penile proclivities.

I have a particular affinity for the Litties. Until the inaugural night, I hadn't really posted in The Playground. I was a General Boarder. The Litties just looked like so much fun and IHC was really bringing a party, so I jumped in. I made a really great friend in Clowns that night. Honestly, if it weren't for that, I probably would have fizzled out of lit.

From that night on, I started to participate and found that this group of people are so freaking amazing. I was tired of arguing with BotanyBoy and always agreeing with Pmann over in the GB. I much prefer the light hearted banter here. I got to be the witty, stupid, innapropriate fool I am in real life but never dared to be on other forms of social media.

I also found a home in picture threads where I was taught the ropes by a few veterans and found a way to explore what I find visually appealing (beards, men in glasses, hot lesbian BDSM porn).

My contribution isn’t specific to this thread as it didn’t exist when I was active around these parts 7-8 yrs ago. But there were other very similar threads, and during a transition time in life (not bad, but just lots of change) I met some really wonderful people who became very good friends. It was amazing how a kind word, silly laugh or an innocent flirt turned into something much more. Once many of those I was close to moved on (as happens around here) I eventually did too, a small few still keep in touch via other channels though, which is pretty awesome after all this time, considering we might have first met because of a, probably corny, bdsm joke.

Seems like good people around here, nice to meet you.

The first thread I frequented regularly was Photo’s Playroom, years ago - lots of great conversation with nerdy peeps . I made my first Lit friends there so I look back on it fondly.

I mainly stick to my thread nowadays, with the exception of some question threads like this one. I really enjoy the diversity and openness of threads like Litiquette. I feel like you get to know posters in such a unique and much deeper way.

Love this question - it's really clever!

I don't have many tradeable skills - aside from baking and gardening. I could be the seasonal vegetable and bread provider. In reality, I would love to do that now if I could make an adequate income...

My only other really useful talent is in fixing cars. But I don't want to DO the work. I suppose I could trade my knowledge instead.... lead a horse to water kind of thing.
