Happy Sunday Funday ~ Happy Father’s Day

Soooooo...... ;)

Calling him “Daddy” in bed - hot?
Getting called “Daddy” in bed - hot?
Why or why not?

If not “Daddy,” then what?

Discuss amongst yourselves; I’ll be jilling off in the corner. :)

With the right guy and the right dynamic, calling him Daddy in bed is super hot. Like, I am literally having a hot flash right now just thinking about it.

But I think it's worth noting that (for me, anyway) the reason the word is exciting, is because of the power exchange represented by it. Speaking any word aloud intensifies its power. Say 'Daddy' and the pyl instantly feels that much more smol, and the PYL becomes bigger, mightier, and more beneficent. It's one of those magic words that when spoken by the right person can send me freefalling down into my personal bottomless well of submission.

Bring. It. On.

It's never been my thing. Although back in my wild and crazy daze I did have various "lovers" who liked to ask "Who's your daddy?" quite a bit and so I told them they were since I knew that's what they wanted to hear. (plus, some of them were basically supporting me or hooking me up with various "jobs" so in a way I guess they sort of were).

I'm not really sure why. My dad and I are very close. My husband and my dad are very close too. I guess I just don't think of him in a sexual way. He was my best and basically ONLY true friend for the first 30 years of my life. Maybe that's why?

Instead of "daddy" I generally call my husband "animal", "beast", "mister", "pervert", or "mister fucking pervert" when we're in bed :)

Beast or animal are words I would use in Italian. 😉

I've been called Mommy/whatever, too (both as a Top and a bottom) and again, right guy + right dynamic = SHAZAM!

I like to try new stuff, even if I don't think I'm gonna like it. Sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it does. It's fun to be surprised and turned on by something that sounded icky before I tried it.

I thought mommy was icky before I got surprised with it by a partner, quite pleasantly so, so this I agree with.

Unless it's coming out from the mouth of a Latinos, that's another no for me. Go figure.
I only use mommy with the right partner because it's not for everyone. Both cause some don't like it, and some it just doesn't fit and the dynamic is completely opposite of that. :)

I'm giggling.
This topic has some unexpected traction!

So, for me, originally, it was like Honey said, try something, see if I like it, maybe I do? Maybe I don't? Give it a whirl.

And then, well, turns out I found it hot af.
Not required, not on the list of must-have's...

But it just sounds plain old filthy dirty naughty as it rolls off my tongue. And I like that. :D

Here's a head scratcher--
If I am with a man? I have a hard time saying his name in bed. It's effortful.
If I am with a woman? Saying her name is the sexiest thing ever. Natural feeling.

Why?!

Yes.

I was reluctant at first. (Dare I say a bit squicked out?) And I still can’t tell exactly how we got there, yet somehow it rolled consensual force and dominance and care into my own perfectly blended, bratty-submissive cocktail.

Would I do it with someone else?

Nope.

I’m a one-daddy kind of girl.

So, does that make me a faux little?

Not. Really. Sure.

Don’t. Really. Care. :p

Gonna go with no don’t think it does, but I don’t know you well enough to say for sure, and like that you don’t care. Like what you like :)

No Daddy talk for me.
Although I have a cute daddy mixed hodgepodge name I pull out every so often to make him smile.

“Baby” seems like a generic pet name that rolls off my lips pretty easy.
“Big T” and he’ll laugh.
I’m like Enny-

a one “honey”kind of girl.

Saying his first (real) name - usually only when I begging. The “please.....”
Hearing my first name, it rolls of the tongue nicely I think.

I have a theory.

Saying a woman’s name being the sexiest thing ever may have to do with the verbal acknowledgment that your having sex with a woman. Something that may still have a little leftover taboo and you are saying it out loud—and proud.

I’m hard just writing this!

Why is there a need for names at all? Unless it's a 3some, orgy or group same room sex situation, you aren't talking to the dog. When I say fuck me harder, I think it's pretty clear who I mean. There may be an occasional "babe" that comes into play. But it's more like "you are so fucking hot" or "It makes me so hard when you do that". She doesn't use names either. It's stuff like "Is it in yet?" And "Are you sure?"

Hmm
I follow your logic
But it doesn’t ring true for me... the taboo part is off base... I’m not feelin it...

Maybe it’s more of an intimacy thing. Saying someone’s name is such an intimate moment. And it’s easier to get there with a woman?

This might turn into a whole new question...

Male and female names are both weird to me. I guess I'm closer to Mr Bogey. I rarely even use pet names. Just direction.

I just giggled though cause I just remembered meeting fara and having to remind myself to call her her real name and not her screen name when I met her in person.

The intimacy angle is interesting. Now I’m wondering when the name calling out happens. Is it at orgasm? Just somewhere in the middle? Pillow talk? Or is it the starting pistol? Or throughout (which seems exhausting).

Does the intimacy come from a woman more naturally because guys struggle with intimacy more and women (generally) don’t?

If we’re talking about intimacy, we now have to distinguish between relationships vs. hot crazy sex with someone you barely know.

I have, like, 10,000 more questions, but I’m going to think about this intimacy thing . . .

As usual, I'm the last one to the party, but oh well.

I agree with Honey that with the right guy and the right time, it can be hot.

I never thought I could handle calling anyone Daddy until the last guy I was with for a long time. We had both agreed it was kind of squicky early on. But after several months he was telling me he'd once been curious about DD/lg and had been involved with a little for a while and found out it drove him crazy (not in a good way). But when I teasingly said something like, "So I can't call you Daddy? Please, Daddy?" He stopped dead and just said...."huh.....I don't know, I do kind of like it with you." We'd been together long enough to be comfortable and open with each other, so it was just a little something new for us. Plus, I'd been "babygirl" for a while before that.

But with anybody else? Still squicky.

Can be very sexy, if she's authentic. If can tell she gets wet while saying it, if she means it and if you are the sole individual with that title.

I didn't always enjoy it, but now it's a turn on. Other words are Papi, you can use a nickname you have for me or my actual name
