I'm curious, how many people actually felt more tired after the switch to DST? For me, I think that extra tiredness is a bit of a myth. How many times have we all lost an hour of sleep and didn't feel debilitated by it? So Litsters, DSTlag, fact or fiction?

I am in one of the two states that don't to the DST shuffle. Everyone else on the mainland is now one more hour ahead of me.

Personally...it doesn't bother me much. As a parent though...that one hour makes those moderately controllable mini dictators crazy uncontrollable dictators.

I find that I'm off all day for the first two days. I have a hard time going to sleep on time and waking up seems more difficult. So, yeah I think it's "real" although we probably "magnify" it a fair amount.
