It just doesn't seem right, the word "titty" coming from a cultured Brit lady.

Anyhoo, how about WTF Tuesday?

I will admit the only context in which I have actually uttered the word (I hate it!) is in conjunction with the word 'Tuesday' ;)

Oh, except one other context. A man who was known in my household as 'Mr Titty Bar' for reasons which shall remain unexplained. Has to be said in a broad Birmingham accent for full effect (the Birmingham in the English Midlands, that is). I'm doing it now in my head... :D

The most "inside" inside joke ever. I'm sure Honey understands it perfectly

And I would never call yours "titties." I would call them "temples of warmth and light"

:D Surely you have titty bars over there?

You, Sir, are a gentleman.

And in return I will never use the word 'wang' or the phrase 'pork sword' to refer to your most fundamental part. There are just so many awful words for cock, don't you think? But those are amongst the ones I like least. :(

I meant, someone would have to know a Birmingham accent and the English Midlands to fully get the joke

Ah, I see. ;)

I'm kind of hoping that I have provoked some of the Brit Litsters to say 'Titty Bar' to themselves in a Brummie accent... 'Teety bore'... *grins*

This is now definitely the most I have ever thought, written or said 'titty'... :D

I do have that corrupting influence :)

I just want to tell Aussie she can kiss my black ass for that roach pic. I won't even quote it because that's disgusting. That's the worst thing I've ever seen. I do not forgive you.

Sometimes it's talent, sometimes it's just a willingness to do what needs to be done. One you can control, the other is a gift. And those that have both have few limits.

If you had talent would you work hard to maximize it or just go with the flow?

You mean like how I learned early on that I had a knack for giving glorious head? And then I worked hard to further perfect and refine my abilities? Like that kinda talent?

Okay - I was almost totally side-tracked contemplating Trekka's amazing talents.

I can't say I've maximized my talents - but for the things I have been naturally good at, I have spend a great amount of time over the years honing the skill set, whether it was physical skills (like the guitar) or mental skills (like my area of expertise). I haven't maximized them, but I have optimized them to the point of diminishing returns on the investment. (Okay, in English - I've gotten as good as I want to get.)

I have two main talents... one is music and one is a particular sport. I think I've definitely put in my time in for both to get rather good at them. I believe some of it comes naturally. I believe some of it comes from the work.

I suppose I haven't maximized them, though. I don't practice like I could for either of them. I think practice is necessary to get to a certain level. I don't think that many people can just pickup an instrument/sport/craft and quickly become proficient.

I think as far as maximizing talent... it depends on what your end goal is. I never had any desire to be a professional musician. So maximizing it would've taken away from other things I liked to do, for very little reward. I think it depends where you want to go with your gift.

There was a theory a while back that it takes at least 10,000 hours of practice at something before you can truly have mastered it.

(Yep. I'm thinking about Trekka now.)

I would like to take a moment to thank Aussie who once helped me, ahhh, maximize.

My BF thanks her as well.
