To answer the question... I don't mind newbs. Everyone was new once. We should be kind to new people. Unless they suck. In which case, they are fair game.

Also, bonus points for newbs if they have boobatars.

Another also, where the fuck is Papa Chained? Key West again?

I welcome newcomers.

Two of the three threads I hang out at the most (Spacebar and Bohemian Candy Hideaway) were made for new folks. They were designed to be non-cliqueish places.

The one thing I am careful about, which most guys are not, is new lady Litsters. Sometimes I feel like they have targets...well two targets ;) and every guy tries to hook up with them. It's a good way to scare people away.
I usually, once I find a new person that interests me as a person, send a pm introducing myself and letting them know to ask me if they have concerns or questions. Otherwise, the girls get hugs. :)

I usually try to include and be welcoming to new people unless they're level of dickery is way too high, I'm not talking about a new person trying to figure out things and how to act so they come off as snobbish or dickish. But full blown they're just dicks. We already have enough of those on here. XD
